Thank you to our board member James Gomez who held a Facebook fundraiser for his birthday and raised over $4,100.00! These funds were greatly needed as we have out grown our current location at the La Habra Community Center.  Mr. La Habra’s birthday happens to be on New Years Eve!

The Lion’s Club donated a thousand dollars to be used for our upcoming expansion.  We will be moving to larger quarters and will need new computers as well as office furniture.  We hope to move by the first of February 2022.  Thank you La Habra Lions for your kind donation!

Thank you to Chick-fil-A for donating gift cards for our student and teacher volunteers. We were able to make 60 goody bags containing a gift card and candy for all the students and teachers.

Our volunteers and staff were happy to help Kim Albarian, Community Services Manager by donating toys, ear phones and other items.

Thank you for the toiletries provided by VCC:The Gary Center and packaged by Our Lady of Guadalupe staff.  MOW added women’s and men’s shampoo to the other essential items We decorated the boxes and our volunteers delivered all 70 boxes!

Thank you to all who donated on our Facebook Giving Tuesday campaign.  We were able to raise $720 and waiting to see how much will be matched per the campaign. We are hoping they match the full $720!  

Thank you to James Gomez, Pastor Lance Cook, staff and volunteers for providing home cooked delicious thanksgiving meals to our homebound clients. They were said to be amazing and bountiful! The church has been doing this for more than five or six years and it is so appreciated!
